Every 30 to 45 days, we log in to your credit monitoring service to review and reconcile any changes. We check for items that have been deleted, repaired, or verified, and update your progress accordingly. You can view these updates anytime through your online credit repair portal. 2. How long does it typically take to see results from credit repair?

Answer: Beware of companies or individuals that provide estimates based on time to see results. No one but the credit reporting agencies and the creditors can do this. Some issues may take longer to resolve depending on the complexity of the dispute and the response times of the credit bureaus.

3. What types of negative items can be removed from my credit report?

Answer: Negative items that are inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable, such as incorrect late payments, collections, charge-offs, or bankruptcies, may be disputed. Accurate and verifiable information, however, cannot be removed under the law. 

4. Can you guarantee that specific items will be removed from my credit report?

Answer: No, we cannot legally guarantee the removal of specific items. Credit repair companies are legally prohibited from making promises of certain results.       Answer: We handle communication with the credit bureaus on your behalf. However, if a credit bureau contacts you directly, it is important to share that information with us to continue your case effectively. This can be done by adding a note into you online credit repair portal. 

      9. What happens if a disputed item is verified as accurate by the credit bureau?

      Answer: If an item is verified as accurate, we may review the dispute to see if there are additional grounds for further challenges. If no further action is possible, we will inform you of the result and focus on other aspects of your credit report. 

      10. How can I track the progress of my credit repair over time?

      Answer: We provide monthly email progress updates and / or you can login through your online credit repair client portal to see your results. You will be able to see which items have been disputed, your score progress, and the overall progress on your case. 

      11. Are your credit repair services compliant with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)?

      Answer: Yes, our services comply with CROA. We do not make false or misleading claims, we provide written contracts with clear disclosures, and we only bill clients after services have been rendered. Beware of companies that do. 

      12. Do I have to pay for the services before you perform them?

      Answer: No, we comply with the CROA, which prohibits credit repair companies from requesting or receiving payment before the completion of services. You will only be billed for services after they have been provided. 

      13. Is your company registered and licensed to provide credit repair services?

      Answer: depending on the state yes we can, but depending on the state we may be registered and licensed as required by state and federal regulations to provide credit repair services legally. When we have our consultation we  will disclose if we can legally do business with you or not. 

      14. What consumer protection rights do I have during the credit repair process?

      Answer: You have the right to receive a written contract, a clear explanation of your rights, and a three-day cancellation period to end the contract without penalty. These rights are protected under CROA. We have extended these protection to 7 days for our clients. 

      15. Can I cancel the service at any time, and are there any penalties for doing so?

      Answer: Yes, our Satisfaction Guarantee lets you can cancel the service at any time. There are no penalties for cancellation, and any fees for services already provided during the current cancellation month will not be due. Remember you if we send letters this month you are not invoiced and payment is not taken until 30 days later. Therefore you are always being charged in arrears.

      Answer: If you have any concerns about the process, we encourage you to reach out to us for clarification via chat or from your online client portal. Additionally, you have the right to seek independent legal advice to ensure your rights are protected

      Answer: We provide all necessary disclosures as required by CROA, including a statement of your rights, the total cost of services, a detailed description of what will be done, and the time frame for expected results. 

      20. How do you comply with laws prohibiting advance payment for credit repair services?

      Answer: We strictly avoid being subject to the TSR (Telemarketing Sales Rule) by not speaking via phone or via video chat with any of our potential clients until they have selected a plan, signed an agreement, and provided us with their credit monitoring credentials first. After the client does this we can freely speak to you about your credit repair process. Beware of any company that speaks to you first via phone or video chat, if they do they cannot charge you for 6 months at all!!!. This ensures compliance with CROA and TSR which protects our clients.
